Where we work

As the grass root organization we work directly with the individuals at the community level. People Led Development (PLD) is one of the project engaged in establishing sustainable livelihood and food sovereignty through mobilizing existing natural resources with active participation and involvement of the community based organizations (CBOs).  Our organization also sensitizes the communities on minority rights on the grounds of pre-matric scholarship for the minority students. It also takes different strategies to bring about sustainable development among the SCs, STs, OBCs and other backward classes and revives theindigenous culture to promote brotherhood and peace. Apart from this capacity building, civil and political empowerment of community leaders, livelihood and women empowerment is the flagship programs.
